I am Dr. Jonathan R. Malabanan, presently an outgoing Chief Resident Year Level V General Surgery Resident of the Department of Surgery of Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center (OMMC).

Since January 2006, I have participated in the general surgery internet-aided-teaching-learning program for general surgery residents of Dr. Reynaldo O. Joson, our Chairman Emeritus.

This website will serve as a journal of my general surgery internet- aided residency program training in OMMC - from 2006 onwards until my graduation.

As a journal, it will contain as much as possible everything related to my general surgery internet-aided residency training program that I will post.

There are 3 reasons for creating this journal:

To participate in the general surgery internet-aided residency training program of Dr. Reynaldo O. Joson.

To document my acquired learning experiences and insights.

To share my learning experiences and insights to anybody interested.
